By accessing or using ParrotSend (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParrotSend is a peer-to-peer (P2P) communication and file-sharing application that enables direct data transfer between users using WebRTC technology.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you send or receive.
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. File Transfers

File transfers occur directly between users. ParrotSend does not guarantee transfer speed, availability, or successful delivery.

5. No Storage or Monitoring

ParrotSend does not store, scan, or monitor files or messages transmitted through the Service.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParrotSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
